1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VolRadar (volradar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

VolRadar provides options analytics tools, volatility data, and market condition assessments for educational and informational purposes. The service includes free tools (calculators, limited lookups) and paid subscription tiers with additional features (scanner, alerts, strategy rankings).

3. Not Financial Advice

VolRadar does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. All analytics, scores, signals, and strategy suggestions are for educational purposes only. Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past conditions, signals, or performance do not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

Free accounts provide limited daily lookups. Paid subscriptions ("Starter") are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Paddle). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@volradar.com or use the in-app support. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from VolRadar without written permission; (b) redistribute, resell, or republish VolRadar data or analytics; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary calculations; (d) use the service for any illegal purpose; (e) share account credentials or allow unauthorized access; (f) circumvent rate limits or access controls.

6. Data Accuracy & Limitations

VolRadar uses third-party data providers and proprietary calculations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is error-free, complete, or current. Data may be delayed, unavailable, or contain errors. Calculations including but not limited to Weather Score, IV Rank, VRP, Expected Move, and strategy rankings are based on models that involve assumptions and simplifications. You should not rely solely on VolRadar data for trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, analytics methodologies, Weather Score formula, and design elements are owned by VolRadar. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission. User-generated content (watchlists, settings) remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolRadar and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, data errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or harm the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@volradar.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
